Theoremetrics™ Privacy Policy

Theoremetrics™ is a product of LumaNavi LLC. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy mean LumaNavi LLC.

We've written this to be readable — not to bury the important things in paragraphs nobody finishes. If something is unclear, contact us at privacy@lumanavi.com.

What We Collect

When you use Theoremetrics™, we collect the information you give us to run the analysis:

• Account identifier (org_id) — a unique identifier associated with your account
• Job posting source — the URL you paste, or the name of any file you upload
• Signal observations — your answers to the signal collection questions (e.g., posting date, repost count, source match result)
• Audit case records — case ID, status, and timestamps of your analysis sessions
• Technical data — standard log data (IP address, browser type, access timestamps) collected automatically for security and service operation
• Community submissions — if you submit a source URL through our public tip form, we collect that URL, your optional note and conflict-of-interest disclosure, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention

What We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit:

• No private personal profiles. The Service aggregates public records, regulatory filings, and disclosures about organizations and platforms — not private personal data about the individuals behind them. We do not build profiles of private individuals.
• Only public and sanctioned sources. Where the Service retrieves third-party data, it does so only from publicly available records and official/sanctioned APIs (for example government regulators, SEC EDGAR, USAspending.gov), with provenance attached. We do not circumvent authentication, paywalls, or technical access controls, and we do not purchase personal data from data brokers.
• No originated verdicts. Scores are computed from cited evidence and public records. We are an aggregator, not an author: we do not originate verdicts about named entities, and we do not store a hidden verdict determination.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to provide the Service — run your analyses, generate reports, and maintain your audit case history. We use technical data to operate and secure the Service. We do not use your information to build employer profiles or publish scores about third parties.

If we ever use signal observation data to improve the scoring model, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before doing so. We are not currently doing this.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the vendors who help us operate the Service, under data processing agreements:

We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LumaNavi LLC, our users, or the public. If LumaNavi LLC is acquired or merges, your information may transfer as part of that transaction and we will provide notice.

Data Retention

We retain audit case records for 12 months on a rolling basis. Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days following deletion. Log data is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described below.

Your Rights

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to delete your personal information, and to correct inaccurate information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a request, contact us at privacy@lumanavi.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Security

We use encrypted connections (TLS) for data in transit and access controls limiting who can access personal data. No security measure is perfect. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at privacy@lumanavi.com immediately.

Children

Theoremetrics™ is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly. To report a concern, contact privacy@lumanavi.com.

International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States under US law. The Service is currently intended for US users.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via your account email or in-product notification. Recalibration events that materially revise the scoring model are treated as material changes to the policy.
